This KeepWOL Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how KeepWOL Inc. and its related companies collect, use and share personal information of users of the KeepWOL website at (the “Website”) as well as through the KeepWOL content, products, or services provided through the Website or other applications (together with the Website, the “Platform”). As the terms are used in this Agreement, “KeepWOL”, “us”, and “we” refers to KeepWOL Inc. and “you” refers to the user of the Platform.

This is an important legal agreement between you and us. By using the Platform or providing your personal information (i.e., information that personally identifies you or other data that can be reasonably used to infer this information), you are indicating that you understand and agree to this Policy. Information Automatically Collected. We automatically log information about you and your computer. For example, when using the Platform, we log your computer or mobile device operating system type, browser type, browser language, the website you visited before browsing to the Website, pages you viewed, how long you spent on a page, access times and information about your use of and actions on the Platform. KeepWOL also makes API calls to free public APIs from various media platforms to fetch relevant content. This collected information is processed and utilized to enhance your user experience and to provide you with relevant information.

  • We use your personal information to operate, maintain, and improve the Platform and our products and services offered through the Platform.
  • We use your personal information to process and deliver contest entries and rewards. We use your personal information to respond to comments and questions and provide customer service.
